It’s always a hoot when Hollywood hyperbolizes the phone sex industry. TV: Family Guy: Lois Becomes a “Call Girl”
In this hilarious episode of Family Guy, Lois gets a job as a phone sex operator. At first, Lois is nervous as she takes her first call (from Joe Swanson who wants to tag team her with his son); however, eventually, Lois gets more comfortable. She names herself “Classy.” Eventually, she gets a call from the notoriously kinky Quagmire who instructs her to fill her mouth with random items.
TV: Scandal: Baby Made a Mess
In one scene, Olivia and Fitz engage in a late night phone call that starts out, per usual, as all business. The scene provides all the darkly sexy tension that the show is famous for, especially between Olivia and Fitz. The call gets more and more intense as Fitz calls out Olivia for ‘lying’ about some political matter, and tells Olivia to come over to his house (The White House) and show him that she isn’t a liar. He tells her to “prove it” to him. The call takes a turn for the… explicit when Fitz tells Olivia he wants to spread her out on his desk, “start from the bottom,” and then kiss her so she could “taste herself.” Whew! Steamy.

In this very short scene, Oz calls his long-distance girlfriend (Heather) to catch up. The call heats up when Heather brings up phone sex. She starts to tell Oz that she is touching himself, which amuses him. Oz, clearly new to this, tries his best to be as sexy as Heather. He feels totally awkward, so Heather eggs him on. Oz gets really into it and starts moaning, “Oh Heather,” when suddenly he is interrupted by a familiar voice also moaning for Heather. It’s Stiffler! He ruins their sexy moment by telling the couple that he’s getting off while they are getting off. Nice.
TV: Saturday Night Live: Nerd Chatline
This hilarious SNL sketch begins with the very sexy Paris Hilton in the typical phone sex advertisement. In a sultry voice, she tells the viewer that she knows what he wants. And suddenly, Paris introduces us to one of the operators played by Amy Poehler. Amy’s character begins to get all hot and bothered on the phone with a client talking about… Dungeons and Dragons. Movie: Valentine’s Day

After a one-night-stand with Ben, Allison sends him a message. She needs to call him – it’s urgent. Ben, who is with his boys, thinks that Allison is looking for a little sexy time, and he’s pumped. In one frame there’s Allison, who is actually just casually asking about meeting up. In the other, it’s Ben and his friends (including Jonah played by Jonah Hill) making animal noises and pantomiming… well, fucking. While the boys are panting and moaning during their imagined orgy, Allison is unaware. So, not exactly phone sex, but definitely hilarious.
